The team a Pacific Motor Service did an independent engine noise diagnostic for me on a 2020 Acura MDX. Although they were not able to identify the source of the noise without a significant engine tear down, Kyle went above and beyond and contacted an Acura dealership service manager regarding the issue as he believes it may be a powertrain warranty issue. Excellent customer service experience!

Kyle is a wealth of knowledge and is completely transparent with their findings. I trust their suggestions/advice; it’s a relief to find an honest auto shop! My husband knows much more about cars than I do, and he’s been completely on board with what this shop has recommended. Win/win!

First time using Pacific Motor Service. We had a flat tire in Pebble Beach and had to use roadside assistance to have the car towed to the nearest auto shop that would change the tire. This was the nearest so this was where we landed. We received excellent customer service. Communication was cordial, clear and prompt. We ended up replacing all 4 tires (the tread on all was dreadful) and getting an oil change. The price was more reasonable than I expected. The tires were ordered and all work was done by the next day.

Brought in my car for an oil chage after making an appointment over the phone. Less than an hour later, spent in their pleasant office/waiting area, reading my newspaper on the phone, my car was ready to roll again. Pacific Morors has been my cars' home away from home for over twenty years now and will remain so, maintaining warranties and repairing anything within their realm while owning them, at reasonable prices. Wonderful service, courteous owner and staff, who will address your questions and concerns and keep your wheels in flawless, safe working order. Clean and green, all charges explained and authorization requested prior to the work done. It really is good to have Kevin and Kyle and their people in your corner. (And wheh was the last time you were in the middle of settling your business, when the phone rang, and that you were asked permission to answer the phone, although that would interrupt your business? That is just an example of their exquisite customer care.)

A few weeks later, Kevin, the owner, took me for a drive in it to check if there was a problem with the alignment, established that the car was fine, adjusted a few other things I found bothersome in the car's safety alarms and encouraged me to come back, if needed. All without charge. I cannot praise Pacific Motors enough for the excellence of work they do and the customer care they give.

Do yourself a favor and if you have an Audi, take your car to the dealership. I had a major issue following a simple oil change here that was quite costly to get fixed. Make sure that you request the replaced parts, if you have your car serviced here!

Hello Mrs. Kendall, I am sorry you felt it necessary to take your car to the dealership, but we do have a comprehensive warranty process in place in the event any issues occur that are related to repairs we perform. The issue you are referring to, however, would not have required a warranty. We were informed by your husband (after the fact) that he noticed some drips of oil on the ground several days after we performed an oil service on your Audi. He decided to take it to the dealership, who proceeded to charge you more than $200 to perform another oil service and install a new drain plug. Had you notified us of the issue, we would have resolved it in a matter of minutes at no charge. We were not given to opportunity to correct a very simple issue at minimal inconvenience. In your case the only part that was replaced was a very small twenty cent gasket for the drain plug.

Kyle was very helpful and gave us a full service that was needed. I was only in town for a visit and Pacific motors helped get it ready so that I could leave on time. We did a great job.
