Took care of problem although a little costly.

Art, I understand that this was an unexpected expense for you, but with a failing intake manifold gasket and that much carbon build up, the engine's health was in jeopardy. Please call if you have any questions regarding the nature of the work.

The guys at Pacific Motor are on top of their game! They were able to get my vehicle smog check completed almost 30 minutes before my actual appointment time. This was helpful because it saved me from having to leave my truck and arrange a ride while the service was being performed. I will recommend this outfit to anybody who needs automotive service.

Easy to make appointment and service is excellent. Pacific Motor Service is great at giving you a "list" of things to consider about your car to be taken care of during the appointment or at a later appointment.

It is part of our responsibility to keep you in the know. When it comes to your car, there are two options. You can control the time and place of maintenance, or the car can. Once you have your list of priorities, you have the choice to control the outcome!
