Efficient service and knowledgeable and competent staff.

A bit pricey. Seems to me that the place is run like a auto service center should be run. Patient. Forthright. What I really appreciated though was the personal interaction w/ my family members and/or attempts to reach out.

I brought my CRV to Pacific Motor Service for an oil change, fix a headlamp, find the origin of an oil leak, plus have my dash repaired. I received a detailed quote, and later bill, and all of my questions were answered satisfactorily. Kevin, the owner, offered to take me to work and pick me up - such service! Everything was completed within the day and I'm back, safely, on the road. Thank you.
