I was so relieved to find out that I did not need a new transmission as I had thought for quite some time. I was reluctant to find out the bad news. I finally decided to trust Pacific Motor Service because of the initial conversation with Kyle, the assurance he gave the it possibility it might not be a transmission, but gave the assurance that they would look at every possibility to remedy the problem, and offer options depending on the outcome. My car went in at 10 a clock a.m. and was completely fixed and back to me by 4 p.m. To my surprise, It was not the transmission! Kevin, I spoke to later in the day, gave me all kinds of great information about the work done and my car is running like new and it is 18 years old! I plan on keeping this great Ford Taurus going for years to come with the help of Kevin and Kyle at Pacific Motor Service! Thank you to Miles the technician too!
