Kevin solved my problem more quickly and with more helpfulness that I had anticipated. The company was professional and more than competent. He also picked me up at home in pacific Grove in time for me to get my car and make an appointment, for which I am grateful.

The service was good and the man at the counter was friendly and professional. I deducted a little because I had to wait half an hour before my car was taken in.

Had to replace the transmission in our Honda Odyssey, but Kevin explained all of our options so that we could make the best decision possible. Kevin and the entire staff was very professional and honest throughout the experience. In addition to the repairs, they polished our headlights - that were definitely in need of a good cleaning. After being in the military for many years, we almost always used the service stations on base; mainly due to convenience. Given our experience at Pacific Motors, we'll definitely use them again for any of our auto repairs.
