PM always delivers quick and professional auto service. The outstanding personal touches are what further distinguishes this neighborhood auto service center. I was driven to and from home by the owner Kevin while my vehicle was being worked on. Headlight lenses were polished out and a fog lamp replaced gratis.

Found the problem which was a large repair, but had the car finished by the end of the day. Awesome

Pacific Motor Service is terrific. Kevin always tells me what I need - JUST what I need, no ups and no extras - in order to maintain my Chevy Impala. The repairs I had Pacific perform today were on the mark. Moreover, the price was at or below the price I was quoted and the vehicle was delivered at its estimated delivery time. I couldn't be happier.

After the previous garage gave up, Pacific Motor diagnosed and fixed problem the same day, and got me back on the road!

Fixed the problem when two other shops couldn't/wouldn't.

My overall experience was amazing. Jim provided a full explanation of the recommended services as well as prompt follow up to my repair status. The shop was immaculate and very welcoming. As a women I felt very comfortable with the recommendations and never felt I was being taken advantage of. I will make Pacific Motors my provider for my car repairs in the future and will tell my friends about the wonderful service I received.
