I have been going to Goodyear just up the street mainly due to the fact I saw them when I first moved to town. Today, I was treated unprofessionally and with little to no consideration. I felt that if that is how they treat me, then how are they going to treat my car? I chose to look further down the road. I noticed a different shop last time I was at my insurance office- State Farm. I was treated very professionlly. They did a great job with my car and the price was more than comperable. It took a while to get the needed part, but once the part was here, the service was done quickly. Also, I was able to get needed ride from the doctor,s office to my home.

I wasn't sure it was time to bring my car in for a check-up. It had been a year and when I talked to Jim Hayes, he explained that a year is often too long. He had my records from my first check-up last year and helped me understand that even though I have a low mileage 14 year old car, that things like hoses can not only wear out from use, but become can disintegrated. I was given help with getting my car up and back home again. I was informed of things found during inspection that needed attention. I also had received a coupon in the mail with helped with the cost. I have recommended Pacific Motor Service to my friends. The trust level I have with Jim Hayes and the work that is done here is what sets this car service apart.

Every locale has a few good repair shops. Pacific Motors is a great one.. Their staff does an excellent job evaluating the service or repairs my cars have needed and always brought to our attention other items of concern and also things that are good as far as not needing repair. I came in thinking I needed a brake job, in fact telling them I wanted one. The inspected and said everything was good, but the fluid needed flushing. I have no reservations recommending this shop.

Yes, as the AAA tow driver told me, it was a dead battery, not the worse possibilities I imagined. So, diagnostics performed, troubles with starter or alternator ruled out, new battery located and installed, tire pressure checked, I rolled out of there confident in the continuing health of my 2001 Camry and thankful for the courteous and friendly service I can always expect at Pacific Motor Service. I appreciate so many parts of your service, including the communication throughout the work. I had to rent a car for four days while the work was going on, and I really appreciated the pickup service, sparing me taxi charges and additional days of car rental. The people that work there are top notch, and easy to talk with. I would have no trouble recommending them to others.
