My experience with Pacific Motor Service today was excellent, as I have come to expect over the years I have brought my car here. Justin's explanation of additional work that needed to be done was clear and helpful. I appreciated the ride home after dropping the car off, and being picked up again when the work was done, this time by the mechanic who worked on the car. From our conversation it was clear he knew the car's history from a review of the service records. Outstanding service, as always!

Awesome service, always courteous and do a great job. We had a challenging problem to fix and the first try didn't work so they did the second try without charging us again for the same problem. Also, the loaner car was really helpful.

I've taken my Wife's car to both locations and also to Eco Smog. The staff is friendly and they get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I need to have some additional work done , so I will be back. I have sent several people to them and they have been happy with the service.
