I'm a single elderly woman and I need some assistance from time to time. My car needed an oil change and tail light replaced. I arrived at 2:00 and was back home by 4:00. Kevin fixed me a cup of coffee and we talked about family the whole time. I don't get out much and I appreciated Kevin taking time from his busy afternoon to sit and visit with me. My finances make it hard to own a car, but he always makes it possible to get an oil change and keep my old car going without spending to much money

Kevin has cared for my Mercedes for 20 years and has never let me down. I trust him and his mechanics.

My Mini's clutch failed and AAA towed me in to Pacific. They took care of the clutch repair and showed me the old parts. The man at the counter sent an email with a video that showed how the clutch works... very impressive! I like the people, the shop is convenient and the warranty is 12 months longer than the Mini dealer in Santa Clara for the total repair costs were $300 less than the dealer.

We had just finished a late lunch and were ready to start home to Fresno with our two young granddaughters, but the car would not start. Called our mechanic in Fresno and he went to the AAA service guide. I called the first name given and felt like they were ready to serve us as if we were long time customers. Jim suggested he call a tow truck and 30 minutes later we were at their site. Jim saw the need to get on our problem immediately, especially with two worried granddaughters. They diagnosed that the fuel pump was needed to be replaced and suggested that we get a room for the night. They even shuttled us to our motel and picked us up in the morning when the car was ready. Jim mentioned that two mechanics wanted to work on car after closing so that it was ready in morning when fuel pump delivered. Really do appreciate their dedication to help out a family when away from home. Our experience was one of real satisfaction. They went over the call to service us. When sharing this with friends, they wanted Pacific Auto Service info in case they were ever needing help while in Monterey area.
