Excellent service, from start to finish

I am satisfied with the staff and service. I only wish that they would have taken the time to wash my car before returning it. When I picked up the car, it looked like it had been parked under a tree, and berries and sap had fallen all over the hood and there was grease prints on the exterior. I took it directly to a car wash. Just a small, but important suggestion to further increase customer satisfaction and show us that you take pride in caring for our vehicles.

I was able to get in quickly and get the service done.

GOOD JOB

I was travelling with my mom and nieces when my battery died in Monterey. I needed it to get replaced quickly. The staff at Pacific Motors was great. They were able to replace my battery the same day so that I could continue travelling, They were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Every time I bring my car in for service, Kevin greets me by name and is extremely friendly. The crew has bent over backwards to get my car serviced and back in my hands as quickly as possible and they care that I am satisfied.

We took in our car because after jump starting then driving, it did not start again. It was thoroughly checked over and a new battery was installed. We were pleased that a complete check was done.
