i was impressed with the 1.5 hours that was spent on my 2000 ford. all previous experiences i have had ave been between 20-40 min. i am pleased to have the detailed paper work as well so that i know exactly what was done and what needs to be done. though that in itself is not unusual it is the detail that is.

From the first phone call with Kevin, to dropping of my 2006 Audi A3 and personally speaking with Myles, the mechanic who was going to do the work on my car, to the amazing communication with Stephany in the office who always promptly sent me all the information I needed, I have to say that my experience with Pacific Motor Service was great! Friendly, informative and thorough, the whole staff was there to answer any questions and confirm anything I may have had an issue with. My repair was a simple one, was returned to me the next day; every detailed double checked so I was all set to go the moment I walked in and was handed the keys.
