I always look for the negative in automotive repair shops as that has been my experience especially working for auto dealerships for almost 30 years, but, I could not find anything. I'm a single elderly woman and I need some assistance from time to time. My car needed an oil change and tail light replaced. I arrived at 2:00 and was back home by 4:00. Kevin fixed me a cup of coffee and we talked about family the whole time. I don't get out much and I appreciated Kevin taking time from his busy afternoon to sit and visit with me. My finances make it hard to own a car, but he always makes it possible to get an oil change and keep my old car going without spending to much money
