I was in town for a conference and while driving to the conference site, my splash guard lost some essential parts and was dragging and making a scraping noise. I had to be on the road and heading back to Sacramento in just a couple of hours. I called Pacific Motor Service and they had me drop off the car immediately and gave me a ride back to the conference center. This was about 10am. They were able to fix my car so that I could get it back safely to Sacramento and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. They were courteous, friendly, and didn't charge an arm and a leg! THANK YOU!! I made it safely home!

Received great service for the scheduled reason, but found a problem that needed prompt attention into keep from getting worse. This was dealt with and the car feels better than it has in a couple years.

All of the personnel that I dealt with at Pacific Motor Service were very polite, professional, respectful, helpful, friendly and informative. They looked at my vehicle right away to determine what needed to be done first so they could get power to the truck, and then be able to conduct further checks to determine the root problem / cause. I truly appreciated that they called me and discussed everything with me prior to fixing / replacing any part, for my opinion / input as to what I would like / wanted to do. Another great perk was they had a shuttle service and took me to work and came and picked me up once my vehicle was done. That is such a terrific service to offer as it provides ease to those of us that still need to go to work while our vehicle is getting repaired.
