Customer service was second to none. Very traveler friendly. It was very refreshing to have some one who actually cared that we were on a time crunch. The repairs were a little expensive and so were the parts. It was unfortunate that the repairs did not fix the problem. It is a tough diagnosis though. I'm a mechanic myself and am still trying to isolate the vibration.

Justin Barret, the manager at the Forest Ave. location is energetic, interested in his customers and takes time to answer their questions in detail. He and his staff also report contidion of your vehicle with details of the work that would be required and about how much it will cost and why. After a couple of questionable experiences at some other auto services, it is refreshing to find an establishment that adheres to auto service ethics and doesn't try to sell un-necessary work.

I think you are all very honest.

When you are mechanically challenged, you need an honest good mechanic. I have one.
