Car was about 12k miles overdue for general maintenance. I was worried that since I had put off a lot things, I would get stuck having to pay for a very comprehensive tune-up. When I spoke with these folks, they showed me a list of all the recommended repairs for a car my age, and then they went through & explained each point to me. I didn't end up having to get everything repaired, and I feel like I know a lot more about my car now. Other garages wanted to gouge me for every possible service, but the folks here provided the service I needed and information I didn't expect, and all for a very reasonable price.

Recently, I brought our van in for a smog inspection. Kevin's staff found several additional items that needed to be fixed. They knew I was headed out of town and needed to have the van back early that afternoon.
