The job was done well. Only minus was I left the car at 9AM, and could not pick up till 5:15 PM. Had to call twicw to check as I was told I would hear by 1 PM.

Very pleasant customer service from Beau, and quick belt replacement and oil change work done. I had lost my gift card for Pacific Motor Service, but was given the discount anyways. Really nice!

From the time I viewed the website to meeting Kevin and taking the leap to trust you to work on my car, I have to say it was real. You treated me like an intelligent person; you introduced me to Lucky, who was the technician who worked on my car; to your willingness to work with me on timing...you guys ROCK! I just needed a couple of oddball wiper blades replaced. Beau ordered them and I came in the next day to have them put on. One of them proved to be defective. Beau ordered a replacement and had it in hand and installed within just a few minutes.

The service was excellent. Took time to evaluate the problem and explain the solution. Asked if we wanted to see the bad parts and explained what work had been performed. Great experience!

I have had 3 different cars serviced at Pacific Motor Service and was happy with the attention I got each time. They always lay out the options and list what work needs to be done immediately and what can wait. With all the mistrust people have about auto mechanics, Pacific Motor Works inspire confidence.
