Quick repair to a stuborn problem. Pacific Motors investigated based on my concerns and discovered the cause - repaired - and informed me of what had occurred. Fast work, congenial personnel, and informative.

These guys were 100% amazing. We experienced a problem with a recently replaced piece of suspension (by our mechanic in Los Angeles). We were on holiday in Big Sur and needed to have a same-day diagnosis and repair before we could drive back to Los Angeles. They fit us in to an already busy schedule, checked our car, gave us advice on where to find a great local breakfast, determined the problem, ordered the part, coordinated with our mechanic, and worked out the warranty due to the defective part. The shop was immaculate. The service was unparalleled.

The team at Pacific Motors in Monterey is fantastic! Jim and Kyle are friendly, helpful, and do a fantastic job communicating. During our first visit they did a thorough check of our older vehicle (150K miles). They assessed the condition and provided a detailed list of immediate needs, and also what we could expect to keep it in good shape. We just brought it in for a second visit and they quickly took care of the issue. I highly recommend the Pacific Motors team. We have trust in them to get us back on the road in a safe vehicle.

The only change I would have made would have been to offer the Senior Discount at the time of service. This opportunity was available on line, but not promoted at the shop.
