The customer service is great, whether it’s Jim or Kyle. I also appreciate the honesty and integrity. The parts I ordered already came with supporting parts and they reduced the invoice. There’s no way I could’ve known that. That’s integrity.

The service here puts a check mark in every box and then goes one step further. For example, one of the mechanics volunteered a specific vehicle part from his own collection of Jeep parts for my Cherokee instead of having me wait for a shipment.
