Pacific Motor Service is a great place to get your car or truck serviced. We take all three of our car's to the Monterey location on a regular basis and they are friendly, thoughtful about the recommended services and professional in their work. Never had to take our cars back for anything they fixed. Jim the manager is always there to answer any question you may have.

I've used this shop for 5 years since moving to Carmel for a 1993 Toyota Corolla and 2013 Mazda 5. The service is excellent and prices reasonable. Very nice front office staff.

Excellent and friendly service! Always check online for discount coupons. This is the 3rd time I have brought my Mini Cooper here. Since there is no local dealership I was looking for a reliable place to do import servicing. So far it's been great and never have had to wait more than an hour for my car to be finished. Will definitely be coming back! If they added a complimentary car wash w/ servicing like the dealerships it would be perfect!!

My wife and I just moved to Monterey, and it had been a while since our car had been serviced. We took it to the Pacific Motor Service branch in Monterey and are glad we did! Service was professional and prompt, they took care of everything that was needed and even replaced a burnt-out brakelight free of charge. Jim clearly communicated everything that was being done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost, and gave me a reference to an auto shop that would repair a small dent as well. We will definitely be back.

Great services! The SRS alarm had bothered me several weeks. I saw their AD and went there without an appointment. They replaced the child seat occupancy recognition sensor and solved the problem on the same day. They explained posible problems and solutions, and then gave me their suggestions. It's been proved that their suggestions were efficient and effective.
