I would highly recommend Pacific Motors Monterey as the number one choice for overall vehicle care. Jim was excellent! He sent both my husband and I detailed diagrams of the necessary work needed on my truck. I was in Monterey helping my children with their military move and my husband was at home in Kansas City. The communication between us was flawless because of the diagrams sent and detailed information given by Jim. Very reasonable in price! Great job everyone!

I had been on my way to the airport, heading for two weeks in Japan. I stopped for gas and the car would not restart. A nice guy at the next pump gave me a jump and I got to the plane, but the car was dead again when I got back. Another jump got me to Monterey, and the next day to Pacific Motors where I got a new battery, starter and, even more importantly, confidence that my car will work as expected. As always with Pacific great job, fair price, and no worries.

The scheduling was easy even though we changed our plans. Diagnosis and repair were done quickly and work was completed within estimated times. The service was friendly and sincere. This was our first experience with Pacific Motors and we will be back. Jim was excellent in spring with us. Thank you Jim and pacific Motors. The work performed was fixing our windshield washer a problem that had been misdiagnosed at another repair shop. Also had filters changed, also neglected by the other shop. We have confidence we will have good work and service in the future.
