Great service and excellent pricing. Our service manager was knowledgeable and courteous. He accurately communicated all repair issues. The staff was excellent. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to give me quotes on tuneups, ect. for future use. Jim and I hit it off right away. We both spent time in the military. I felt very comfortable and truly believed they would give me good advice on my vehicle and put my needs first. I feel very good about finding this company and will use them for all of my needs regarding my Mercedes.

What a wonderful shop! Had car trouble on a Thursday night on Hwy 1, after 5pm, while on a weekend trip to Monterey area. Found the shop via the AAAa-approved mechanics list. Called Friday morning and they said bring it over now. Professional, friendly, took detailed notes Re: my account of events the night before, had it looked at, test-driven, and ready to go by lunchtime. with written recommendations re: what car might need from my local dealer. I wish i lived closer to Monterey so this could be my regular shop. Thanks again.
