Quick and Good service

My overall experience was amazing. Jim provided a full explanation of the recommended services as well as prompt follow up to my repair status. The shop was immaculate and very welcoming. As a women I felt very comfortable with the recommendations and never felt I was being taken advantage of. I will make Pacific Motors my provider for my car repairs in the future and will tell my friends about the wonderful service I received.

Your customer service is outstanding! My car required an additional day of service and I was provided with a rental car at no charge! I also really appreciated your shuttle service to and from work. Jim was great about explaining all the repairs that were needed and providing me with updates as needed. I will definitely be back!!

Very pleasant. Clean waiting room and friendly staff. The list of what was done was concise and easy to understand. I was offered a shuttle ride home but the potential problem did not materialize so I didn't need the shuttle. Price seemed reasonable. I would certainly recommend Pacific Motor Service.

I just had a big service done on my BMW. The service top to bottom could not have been better. From personalized customer service to the quality of the work...I really couldn't be happier. I have used Pacific Motors a few other times times and I did some pricing research at other possible locations this time and found Pacific Motors price to be fair and reasonable. It's great to have a local mechanic that you can trust and that is really top notch.
