I am satisfied with the staff and service. I only wish that they would have taken the time to wash my car before returning it. When I picked up the car, it looked like it had been parked under a tree, and berries and sap had fallen all over the hood and there was grease prints on the exterior. I took it directly to a car wash. Just a small, but important suggestion to further increase customer satisfaction and show us that you take pride in caring for our vehicles.

I was travelling with my mom and nieces when my battery died in Monterey. I needed it to get replaced quickly. The staff at Pacific Motors was great. They were able to replace my battery the same day so that I could continue travelling, They were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them!
