The service was done promptly. The car was even washed. And the courtesy rides home and back to the shop were quick. What more could one ask?

Buck and Beau explained the details of the service. After the inspection, I was given a full report and recommendations for future services. In summary: made appointment, explained service, conducted service, furnished report. Friendly service, most importantly, no pressure and no upselling. I think I'll come back!

Nice place, nice people, a bit on the expensive side, but they worked with me. Overall, I'm happy with the service.

We might not be the cheapest but were not the highest either.Nice thing is we will do it once and do it right.We will also make sure all your needs are met(shuttle,clean car,discounts,three year warranty,etc) Service Manager,Beau Blackwell

Maintaing usual over all car car service

Mr. Van Meter your car is in wonderful shape once again thanks to you. You maintain your car very well and thats the reason your car always does good on its check up's.It like maintaining your teeth,brush and floss(maintenance). :) Thanks again.

My car would not start and I did not have a regular shop for auto repair. I checked AAA's website and saw that Pacific Motors was listed. I called and made arrangements to have my car towed in. They checked my car, told me what was wrong. I had a list of other items that I had neglected to take care of and we discussed what I should get taken care of. Beau arranged for a rental car which was a great relief to me. I now have a car that is in tip top shape, and I know that Pacific Motors will work with me to make sure that my car stays that way.

Karen,your car did need a lot of work.When we put off things it usually catches up because by the time were ready to have those things repaired you run that risk that there's more now. We look forward to keeping it there.Service Manager,Beau Blackwel

Very good service. I haven't had any problems since my car was fixed in this location.

Were glad were able to help keep your car trouble free. We do not see many comebacks(warranties) and most of that is due to the excellent work of our technicians. Servise Manager, Beau Blackwell
