I just needed a couple of oddball wiper blades replaced. Beau ordered them and I came in the next day to have them put on. One of them proved to be defective. Beau ordered a replacement and had it in hand and installed within just a few minutes.

They might be a bit pricier than other shops, but they take care of their customers and do quality work for your vehicle.

Our experience was excellent from the git go. The facility is very clean. We were welcomed and accommodated on short notice. All communication from the Service Manager was comprehensive and pleasant. Follow up was prompt and work was performed to our high standards. This is how a business should be operated!

I brought my car in to have the brakes inspected after installing new brakes all the way around. Well ends up I was given the wrong size rotors and they seized up. Translation, did it myself but ended up having to have the pros at Pacific Motors make it right. The were super helpful and patient as I reviewed all my options. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is because I could have applies Kevin's Halloween 15% brake coupon, but felt bad asking when they had been so helpful.
