I have always had impeccable service at Pacific Motors, this visit was the same. Bow at the front desk was excellent with my estimate and throughout the car repair. I will be requesting a tune up for my other car soon.

Seems most reviews here are positive so not sure what happened on the day I visited but the service was nonexistent. Too busy on personal call to take care of my scheduled appt. After waiting 20 minutes I walked out only to be chased after and told I owed money for the service I never received??

I've been going to Pacific Motor Service for years now and would never consider going anywhere else. Kevin has been more than helpful on several occasions including when I, as a single female, needed to sell a car. He offered to help and I gratefully accepted. When the car sold, he would not take any sort of a commission from me. The last time I was there, I worked with someone I had not met before, Beau, and again, everything was easy. They had me in and out in no time. I recommend Pacific Motor Service to all my friends and will continue to do so.

I needed to get my air conditioner fixed. I had called around at a number of auto repair places and none of them would really give me the time of day. I would ask how much it would cost to fix it they would tell me and then hang up. When I called Pacific Motor Service, Beau took the time to tell me how much it would cost, what they had to do to diagnose it, and how long it would take to fix it. I needed them to do a safety inspection and an oil change as well. They were able to get me in when I wanted to bring my car in without any problem. Beau called me back promptly to let me know what other potential issues there were with the car, but never pushed anything on me, which really was a breath of fresh air! They finished my car up in a timely manner and even threw in an economy detail. Can't get much better than that!

because our only vehicle was un-drivable, we were supplied with a free rental car, which really helped since I had to get to base and to an appointment.
