The waiting room is clean. The staff if very polite and knowledgable. They took me into the garage and showed me what was specifically wrong with my van. They were able to provide service that I was told by another service station "only the dealer could fix." I was offered a ride home when the repairs were taking a while. And I got a military discount. I'll definitely return for future service.

Customer service at Pacific Motor is on par with the better Mini/BMW dealership service depts. I was kept well informed about problems that were found as well as the time needed to fix them. The repairs ended up taking a few days - the complimentary rental car was much appreciated!
