My car turned out to have more problems than just the initial one for which I'd brought it in, and I ended up spending far more than I'd anticipated. It was an ordeal, to be sure, but Beau and the rest of your staff were very professional and committed through the whole process and they were able to detect all the problems that needed repair. So glad to have my car back and in good running condition again. Nothing personal, but I hope I won't be seeing you again any time soon! Thanks so much.

Over the years I've had great service from Pacific Motors (Mtry)! The cars have included a TR4 and several different Toyotas.If an unexpected problem does occur, they always call to discuss my options.I strongly recommend them for routine maintenance and to correct difficult problems!

Went to Ford to purchase "pull handles" for 1996 Ford Van. Was told by Ford no handles available for that model and could not get them.Went to Pac Motor and they searched and found the pull handles (after market), called me to inspect them for approval. I did approve and they installed and inspected them to insure they would hold the weight.The job was perfect and wife, who is handicaped after a serious fall, is able to lift herself into the passenger's seat(with help)much easier than before.I am very satisfied with PAc Motor,s work and going the "extra"mile to meet their customer's needs.I have taken my vehicles to Pac Motor for over 15 years and will continue to so.Les Cooper

We were driving home to Seattle from a visit in San Luis Obispo trying to make it home quickly, when we started having car troubles. We stopped off in the nearest town of Monterey where we found Beau at Pacific Motor Service. At first we were discouraged, but Beau ordered the parts we needed quickly and even gave us a free rental car so we could make our dinner reservation that night in San Francisco! Then Beau went above and beyond the call of duty by opening up the shop early on a Saturday just so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. He turned what could have been a major setback in our trip to a minor bump in the road. Thanks Beau!
