We started using Pacific Motor for all our car maintenance.. I had rats move in and destroy wire which Pacific quickly repaired.. our 11 year old Range Rover has never run better and actually right now my 2022 Lincoln Aviator had regular maintenance and is ready for pickup! I would highly recommend this company !!!

I broke down on HWY 1 many miles from home and late at night. My car ended up at Pacific Motors since that was the closest AAA associated shop. My experience with PM was excellent. Kyle at the front desk was proactively communicative when the shop opened at 8am. Later, he delivered the bad news about my van in a professional and helpful way. I felt the team went above and beyond to diagnose a difficult and potentially dangerous electrical problem. And then, when I had to arrange for AAA to tow my van home, Kyle and team worked with me to make that easy.
