I just had an awesome experience at Pacific Motors. The care Rory and Kevin took to explain stuff to me was really appreciated. They did everything they said they would do, including completing the work even earlier than they said it would be done. (I got to get ready for work leisurely!) so convenient, an offer of a ride home after I dropped the car off, great communication and honesty. What more could a girl ask for? Okay, don’t answer that. It’s rhetorical!

Excellent customer service.

First thanks to AAA for towing us to Pacific Motors. Within the first 1/2 hour the problem was diagnosed, part ordered, and date of possible completion. The car is now running great. Their service included a drive to the airport to get a rental and they stayed until the rental was complete. We were told, "we are not going to leave your luggage on the sidewalk". The car repair was complete on the date stated and we made our 4 1/2 hour drive home with no problem. They are the greatest! Thank You
