I have used the Pacific Grove location for my car for several years now. Every time I take it in, I am given a well researched diagnosis with a fair price. My most recent visit ended up being under warranty for work that was done two years ago and they took care of it that same day at zero cost to me. The staff is not only courteous and professional, they treat you with respect. I'd give them ten stars if I could.
