Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove is one of the more customer-oriented auto repair shops i have ever taken my car to. Service Manager Kevin works to ensure the customer is satisfied with the work completed. Should an issue arise after the work is done, take the vehicle back and explain to Kevin what the problem is and he does his best to satisfy the customer. Thats something most repair shops no longer worry about, but Kevin does. You can be confident your car will be repaired conscientiously and correctly when you take it to Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove.

We are as (or maybe more) interested in taking care of you than we are about the car. They fix my issue on my check Engine light. The owner was very helpful and patient and explained the repair with my car. And what I needed to do to get my car smog finished.Definitely recommend.

Kevin & Miles did a great job diagnosing and fully explaining the issues after my 06 Dodge Charger went into limp mode and I feared the worst. There were no unpleasant surprises, in fact I was pleasantly surprised on more than one occasion by Kevin’s communication, speed of service, and assistance arranging interest free financing. Miles went the extra mile too by getting everything sorted in a timely manner - and unbeknownst to me until I drove away - fixing my gammy emergency brake release (I hadn’t mentioned that issue to Kevin and wasn’t charged for the time it took) . It’s the little things that make all the difference so if you appreciate attention to detail you can’t go wrong with Kevin & Miles of Pacific Motor Service!
