My only reason for rating 4 stars instead of five is the high prices charged for the high quality work. Best experience I've had with car repair and service. This was our first time working with Pacific Motor Service. Kevin and his team exceeded our expectations in attention to our needs, knowledge of my particular make/model and thoroughness of inspecting safety features. For the first time in a long while, after working with dealers and other independent repair shops, I finally have confidence that nothing was overlooked. Highly recommend them!!
