Kyle was professional and very friendly, and really went to bat for us trying to find the right part to fix our old truck. I'd recommend the place to friends, since they went the extra mile (so to speak) for us, and were super competent and helpful.

I had a check engine light come on. Kyle at Pac Motors very clearly explained the problem to me. I realized that it would fall under my 10yr drive train warranty; so took it to the dealer. The dealer said they would have to run the same diagnostic with their own equipment. Kyle called the dealer and explained the whole issue to them and all the tests they had run. Even though the dealer still insisted on running the tests again, I really appreciate how Kyle advocated for me. I feel he went above and beyond to help a client.

Nice facility with courteous, professional, and friendly service; Kyle was welcoming and patient from booking to payment. The process of handing off was seamless, and service was quick yet thorough. I would definitely recommend this business, as well as bring my Escape back in the future.

I thought I was having transmission problems on my 2010 Land Rover and I JUST had a used one put in by the dealership. Before I went back and they tried to make me pay more for a problem I already fixed I had it looked at by Pacific Motors. During their inspection they noticed my gear shifter bolt underneath my car was just loose that’s why I was having shifting problems. They replaced my bolt and bushing at no extra charge. They could’ve easily lied to me to get more money out of me but they didn’t they were extremely helpful and honest. I was back on the road within an hour or 2 after drop off.
