Easy on-line appointment scheduling, on time reminders for the appointment. Clear check-in process with a review of work expected to be done and expected completion time. Promised phone call with report of additional work that is recommended now or later OR announcement that all work is completed and the car is ready to pick up. Always competent repairs and inspections by experienced mechanics -- they respect the love I have for my car.
