I had my Honda Accord towed to Pacific motors after accidentally running over a curb. I wanted the car undercarriage checked out. Beatrice was very polite, kind and professional. She gave me a timeline when the car would be checked out. The manager, Rory had the car inspected by an expert technician and show me a small scratch that occurred, but the rest of the car was fine. They’ve been in business for many years and I would take my Honda back to them.

Absolutely stellar experience. We were on vacation when our tire blew out and luckily were towed to what has to be the best auto-related experience of our lives. Good, honest people who did not gouge us and who gave us rides to our lodging and back when our car was finished. The owner Kevin even gave us a tour of Monterey!
