Needed to get new starter for my car. Called Kyle ahead of time to let him know I might be coming in. Gave me all the details I needed. His team identified the problem, got a me a new starter, and I was on my way the next day. Reasonable price for the start, quick service, and very thorough with explanation on quote and charging. I had my Honda Accord towed to Pacific motors after accidentally running over a curb. I wanted the car undercarriage checked out. Beatrice was very polite, kind and professional. She gave me a timeline when the car would be checked out. The manager, Rory had the car inspected by an expert technician and show me a small scratch that occurred, but the rest of the car was fine. They’ve been in business for many years and I would take my Honda back to them.
