I love the care and concern that the staff at Pacific Motor Service give to my vehicles and myself. I have been bringing both of my vehicles to the Monterey location for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to all of my vehicle’s service intervals and needs. The staff (specially Rory) give me long range estimates of what is due at each service interval and work with me to get the best options available. I always leave Pacific Motor Service feeling satisfied and confident in their work.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate your time. Pacific Motor Service has been in Monterey since 1947 and Pacific Grove since 2010. We love service the Monterey Peninsula. Keep in mind we are AAA approved, have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and service all domestic, European, Japanese and Korean makes and Models. We specialize in engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension and even sell tires!

Thank you for leaving a nice review James. Your 2007 Toyota Corolla is a fantastic car and will service you well for many more years. The water pump and thermostat issues are pretty standard for a 13 year old car, so please do not fret. She's still in great shape.

My car suddenly had some serious trouble with the front brake that prevented me from driving. Being on a very tight budget and not having a regular mechanic I wanted to do research first. I also have a job that requires me to drive a LOT. So I was very anxious to get it fixed quickly and well while also finding somewhere that wouldn't overcharge. It didn't take long to find that Pacific Motor Service is recommended all over the place. I went in with all the knowledge I could and I totally made the right choice. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and nice! He explained each part of the problem to me so I could understand. He helped me really feel at ease that they know what they're doing and they had my best interests in mind. It was also great to have someone who actually walked me through the problem and exactly what they needed to do and why the price was what it was. I did have to leave it overnight, understandably, but they still got in done in a very timely manner. It was a very positive experience. Will definitely go back in the future.
