Personable staff professional service

I'm glad you were able to find us through AAA and get your Buick. Unexpected repairs are never good, but having bad things happen when you are traveling is even worse. We try our best to prioritize those from out of town so their vacations aren't ruined. Even though the repair was a large event (steering rack) that typically takes multiple days to diagnose, secure parts for and complete the task, we were able to multiple people on it and get you back on the road in just one day. Thank you for your reveiw.

I had a VERY difficult problem to diagnose with my car. PMS worked tirelessly to figure out what the issue was. I had taken my car to a "BMW Specialist" shop and the dealer and neither was able to diagnose the problem but PMS figured it out! I can't say enough about the customer service and integrity of this shop!! I highly recommend Pacific Motor Service!!

I usually work on my truck myself but these days all of my tools are in storage - So when my AC stopped working I took the truck in. Since it was my first time in they offered a complimentary safety inspection and I said go for it (since I can't work on things myself). They found several issues including brake fluid that needed to be flushed and replaced due to high moisture content (yes brake fluid absorbs moisture and cause other rubber components in the brake system to bad over time), leaky batteries, dirty air filter, and a license plate light was out. They left it completely up to me as to what items I wanted to have fixed. As for the AC, they diagnosed the problem to a couple of bad O rings on the test ports. I had a great experience with this place. Not only are they super professional and honest but I had the opportunity to nerd out with an employee talking about truck repairs I've done over the years! AC blows cold and the brake fluid is nice and fresh. Highly recommend.
