My car suddenly had some serious trouble with the front brake that prevented me from driving. Being on a very tight budget and not having a regular mechanic I wanted to do research first. I also have a job that requires me to drive a LOT. So I was very anxious to get it fixed quickly and well while also finding somewhere that wouldn't overcharge. It didn't take long to find that Pacific Motor Service is recommended all over the place. I went in with all the knowledge I could and I totally made the right choice. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and nice! He explained each part of the problem to me so I could understand. He helped me really feel at ease that they know what they're doing and they had my best interests in mind. It was also great to have someone who actually walked me through the problem and exactly what they needed to do and why the price was what it was. I did have to leave it overnight, understandably, but they still got in done in a very timely manner. It was a very positive experience. Will definitely go back in the future.

I truly can’t say enough about Kyle and this time. From the start to the finish, their professionalism, expertise, and level of service were top notch. I was towed into their parking lot as they were closing one night. They let me keep my car there over night and worked with me throughout the repair process until I left feeling not only fully fixed up, but also like I (and my car Betty) were cared for. They were such a delight to work with that I’d recommend them to anyone in the area in heartbeat. Thanks Kyle and team!!
