Keep in mind we are AAA approved, have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and service all domestic, European, Japanese and Korean makes and Models.

This was my first visit to Pacific Motor Service to have my 12-year-old Escape checked out, and I was impressed. The service was great all-around. Kyle was very good at explaining the work that was needed and was honest and candid. Suspension, valve and oil pan work was done and the Escape drives and feels noticeably different! There was one miscommunication about cost, but that was responded to quickly. For the first time since my car's longtime shop closed, I have a place that I trust again.

Thank you for mentioning Kyle's efforts. Kyle has been with us for almost five years now and has done a fantastic job!! We have a lot of experience with Ford Escapes and many other makes and models including Japanese and European. We are also a AAA approved shop and boast a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. I am happy to hear that you have found a shop you can trust!!

I love the care and concern that the staff at Pacific Motor Service give to my vehicles and myself. I have been bringing both of my vehicles to the Monterey location for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to all of my vehicle’s service intervals and needs. The staff (specially Rory) give me long range estimates of what is due at each service interval and work with me to get the best options available. I always leave Pacific Motor Service feeling satisfied and confident in their work.
