Pacific Motors always does a great job identifying problems that other places can’t figure out and their work is always great. We’ve had all kinds of things done to our various cars over the years and they’ve always done it right the first time. No coming back because they repaired the wrong problem and now what we brought it in for, as has happened to us occasionally with other shops.

We appreciate your time. Pacific Motor Service has been in Monterey since 1947 and Pacific Grove since 2010. We love service the Monterey Peninsula. Keep in mind we are AAA approved, have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and service all domestic, European, Japanese and Korean makes and Models.

The water pump in our truck broke while we were RVing over the holidays. We had to stay four extra days (we broke down on New Years Eve) but Pacific Motor Service had our truck tow-ready on Monday and we were back home Tuesday. They made a bad situation as easy and stress free as possible, and I’ll never forget them for it. One of their employees even gave us a ride closer to where our trailer was so it wouldn’t cost us an arm and a leg for an Uber! Great people and great service.

Wherever you go, the price will be high, but at least at Pacific Motor Service in Pacific Grove you can rest assured the work will be done with high standards and conscientiously. For several years now, they have shown me they possess the knowledge, ability, and desire to properly repair my vehicle. I genuinely appreciate the work they do! Additionally, Kevin and his staff make it a point to explain repair issues in a way most vehicle owners can clearly understand.
