Good afternoon Mr. Perez. I will fill in the blanks for our readers and give perspective in the areas you seem to be unwilling to be forthright and self-aware. When you called and asked if we could look at your car if you had it towed to us, we told you we could inspect it and diagnose the issue as soon as possible. It was 2:30 pm on Friday afternoon when you arrived and repeatedly demanded we look at you car immediately. We told you we would get someone on it as soon as they were able to free themselves from a job that was currently underway. While you were waiting, you were on the phone pacing back and forth at the entrance of our work area talking on the phone and blowing billowing clouds of vape from your vaping device into the work space of the technicians. Our Technician, the gentleman who was hurriedly completing his current task so he could look at your vehicle told you to get out of the work bay and blow your smoke somewhere else. Admittedly he might have been more polite, but as I understand it, you were very demanding and you were in an area that was not designated for you. Your expectations were unreasonable for the situation and your timing was unfortunate. We always make it a priority to treat every guest with world class service and prioritize them as well as possible. My concern with your review is that your reluctance to give an accurate account of the intent of our staff in misleading. Padilla does a nice job, but they are not comparable to the service and expertise we are able to provide our clientele. We are supremely professional and have a world class level of quality.
