The team was extremely attentive and ensured that my car got the service that it needed. My car needed to have both the main battery and the keyfob battery replaced. They didn’t have those parts on hand, so they went the extra mile to have those parts delivered and installed faster than I expected.

Nice people, but on the pricey side. Oil change was same cost as the dealers even though they gave me a $10.00 discount. Wanted $279.00 to replace a battery. I bought a battery from Costco for $78.00 and did it myself. Not recommended.

Hello William, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our service. Unfortunately we can't compete with the do it yourself types. The battery we quoted you was a longer life battery than you can typically get from Costco and of course there is labor involved for the installation process. As always, we were welcomed and received immediate attention and after explaining the problem we saw, we were told the options of what the problem might be and potential costs. We were offered transportation back to our home and once the mechanics had inspected the car, we were advised of several alternatives and the accompanying cost for each as well as the total should we chose to have all the work done. When the car was ready, we were pleasantly surprised to find the car washed. We especially appreciated the manner in which the issues with the car were explained in laymen’s terms which helped us decide the priorities we could afford. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
