Justin Barret, the manager at the Forest Ave. location is energetic, interested in his customers and takes time to answer their questions in detail. He and his staff also report contidion of your vehicle with details of the work that would be required and about how much it will cost and why. After a couple of questionable experiences at some other auto services, it is refreshing to find an establishment that adheres to auto service ethics and doesn't try to sell un-necessary work.

I think you are all very honest.

Awesome group of guys, took care of my oil change as expected, took a bit longer than expected, but to no fault of the Pacific Motors team, parts order was the issue by supplier, folks were very personable, and made the wait not so bad. Thanks Justin and Dustin, will see you soon for another job.

Took the car when they said they would, did a thorough job. Completed on time. Cost of the tires was very reasonable. Prices are fair, although they seem a bit expensive for an independent service group. They did give me a discount, which I appreciated as the cost of the service was $1000.
