I thought they took longer than normal to do a simple oil change and bumper to bumper inspection especially when my appt. was first thing in the morning. I received my car back at about 3pm from 9. They did inform me that their were customers ahead of me however.

Probably the best customer service I have ever received. Justin the service writer goes the extra mile to explain the mechanical issues, pricing and options. In comparison to the local Mazda dealership there is no comparison! Pacific Motors has eliminated a noise problem I have had with the CX7 since the day I purchased the car.

The manager is personable, informative and efficient. The work on my car was thorough and the price reasonable. They made a sincere effort to accommodate the time and day I needed for an appointment. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. There's coffee, tea, water and a place for my personal laptop. What else could I want?

Customer service was second to none. Very traveler friendly. It was very refreshing to have some one who actually cared that we were on a time crunch. The repairs were a little expensive and so were the parts. It was unfortunate that the repairs did not fix the problem. It is a tough diagnosis though. I'm a mechanic myself and am still trying to isolate the vibration.
