We had just finished a late lunch and were ready to start home to Fresno with our two young granddaughters, but the car would not start. Called our mechanic in Fresno and he went to the AAA service guide. I called the first name given and felt like they were ready to serve us as if we were long time customers. Jim suggested he call a tow truck and 30 minutes later we were at their site. Jim saw the need to get on our problem immediately, especially with two worried granddaughters. They diagnosed that the fuel pump was needed to be replaced and suggested that we get a room for the night. They even shuttled us to our motel and picked us up in the morning when the car was ready. Jim mentioned that two mechanics wanted to work on car after closing so that it was ready in morning when fuel pump delivered. Really do appreciate their dedication to help out a family when away from home. Our experience was one of real satisfaction. They went over the call to service us. When sharing this with friends, they wanted Pacific Auto Service info in case they were ever needing help while in Monterey area.
