I came in for an oil change and ended up getting a full tune-up, new spark plugs, hoses, etc. I love my car and they took great care of it. I believe it will run smoothly for years. I got great service. Everyone there was courteous, the shop was clean and tidy. I was happy with their shuttle service, the drivers were prompt and friendly.

My mechanic of nany years retired I've been 'auditioning" new shops. This is my first visit to Pacific Motors. The shop looks clean and busy. The office was clean and comfortable . The managers were prompt, effecient and pleasant , .plus they were happy to talk to me at length about my car. Thanks.
