Not only was the service on my old wagon prompt and well done, but Justin took extra care with an elderly woman ahead of me. She had a volume of questions about her car and the paperwork that should be filed vs. stored in the car. He patiently answered her questions and reassured her until she was ready to go. He didn't rush her or make her feel inadequate for asking. He even helped her when some of her items fell to the ground. Justin was an absolute gentleman toward her. Well done, Justin. Thanks again.

Beau and the rest of the Pacific Motors team are the best! I came in with several mechanical concerns and needing some basic maintenance. My car was ready to go within several hours. They addressed my concerns and I left assured they wouldn't be issues. I easily could have been sold into anything, but Beau was honest and I was only charged for the maintenance. I will continue bringing my car and recommending friends to Pacific Motor Service.

this garage rocks, in every way. from the front desk, beau, with great people skills, good intelligent intake information and output in language one can understand, timely estimates, follow up calls, and actually offering an immediate drive about, with the mechanic, also intelligent, good listener, to a description of a noise, who then described what the sound 'could' be, and offered his own bad experiences with other garages that didn't work for him. then, the notice of a shiny clean garage floor didn't hurt, the paperwork was totally detailed and warranties were plainly listed, and my car was washed and tires shined up, plus within 5 minutes of my arrival, a suggestion was made that i drive my second car and two folks would shuttle over my repaired car and have a back up to drive him around so i would not waste my time. incredible ! thanks for restoring faith in automotive service !!!!
