When i was told i needed new front and rear brakes I couldn't believe it. Did I really need new brakes when I had just finished paying off other recent repairs? Are they trying to take advantage of me? The answer was no, I needed new brakes, I feel much safer now that they have been replaced and, it wasn't as much as my initial quote. Trust them, they know!

First visit to Pacific Motor Service was excellent. I was able to get an appointment right away. The gentleman that handled everything was very great! very personable, and friendly. The best part was they cleaned my car inside and out! It made my day! Thanks for the great service.

I appreciate knowing that my families safety is important to my mechanic. They always take the time to make sure the car is safe as if it were their own family on a road trip. We had an oil change and a trip check. Very helpful, very well done :)

My car had issue with a number of sensors which caused a failure of the smog test for registration. The crew at Pacific Motor Service was able to make the repairs necessary to pass smog.
