The service is always good. They explain what needs to be done before they do it and then go over the work afterwards. As much as possible they work around my work schedule which is helpful. They are always friendly.

While traveling through my car came down with an issue I couldn't identify. I called and Beau not only got my car in right away to get it diagnosed, the shop took care of me and got me on my way faster than I could have hoped. From what I could see, my car wasn't the only one getting prompt service since everyone I saw was busy getting something done. If I knew of a shop like this at home I'd be a loyal costomer. Thanks for the friendly and fast service Beau!

Our car was in the shop for 2 days to correct an oil leak. Sounds easy? No. The leak was from a gasket that could be accessed only by lifting the engine out, and that involved removing many other parts. But it all got done and done well. As usual, we were very pleased with the service.

We brought our BMW Z3 in for routine service. There was a problem with a leaky gasket. They explained the problem in detail over the phone and in greater detail when we picked up the car. We were impressed with the personal service and the contact.

First time @ Pacific Motor Service, after 22 years at the BMW dealership. These folks were GREAT!! Beau addressed ALL our questions and concerns. We had checked them out with Click and Clack, and they lived up to all the good reviews there. We will never take our two BMWs anywhere else, and feel fortunate to have found them.
