Professional, thorough, courteous, reasonably priced and I've come to expect nothing less from Pacific Motors. I also like that they can wash, wax and detail my car while it is in for service. Additionally, since there is no VW dealer on the Monterey Peninsula, I appreciate getting my warranty work done locally rather than in Salinas or San Jose where I have to kill most of the day traveling and waiting around.

Had no idea what to do with truck that had been sitting in driveway for 1 year+...called Pacific motors and Bo provided great options including reputable towing company...got truck there and Bo and Pacific motors team followed through in great fashion...they provided great interim reports, always asked what i wanted and provided pros and cons of choosing one option over another. great service, great experience, highly recommend.

I appriciate Pacific Motor Service for servicing my vehicle. I went in for an oil change which was done in a very reasonable amount of time. My brakes were also on the fritz and they did a fantastic job and were very helpful getting me to and from work while my car was being worked on. Very happy to have an honest shop with great customer service who have an amazing ability to take the hassel and headache out of going to the shop.
