The customer service was of a standard rarely experienced: polite, professional, efficient and competent. My experience was noteworthy beginning with my telephone call being answered on the first ring by a live person. The manager was personable and listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them immediately. The service was completed on time and with thorough competence by the technician.
