First time here. Also first private auto repair shop used. I have always used dealerships. I was a little wary but found my experience with Beatrice and Rory very comfortable and professional. I feel my Infiniti was in good hands. So happy I made this choice. They even replaced my key battery as the charge was low! Thank you Beatrice and Rory! I will be back in the spring after my trip to England!

Everything is working good. Went to Salinas with Gina and air conditionare worked which I did not expect. Thanks for the good work. Also the mileage was wrong -- it will need servicing at 118953 not 123953 for 5000 mile oil change.
