An honest shop, Rory the shop manager And mechanic that diagnosed my 2005 Toyota prius were awesome, fixed it in a timely manner. You can tell they take pride in their work. Just a great people! Highly recommend this shop.

We were traveling to Carmel in September and had trouble on the road. AAA referred us to Pacific Motor Service and I am completely satisfied with the service provided. The diagnosis was complete and the quality of the work performed was very good and at a fair price. I enjoyed dealing with them and would use them again if I lived in the Monterey area.

Beatriz and Rory were very friendly and responsive. They were patient and answered all my questions. The mechanics solved a bad axel mystery that had me previously back and forth to other mechanics several times in a few months with no solution. My Subaru was fixed quickly! Thank you!
